About Us

Established as an independent entity in 2002, Univest Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization located in Souderton, Pennsylvania. The Foundation supports individual donors and non-profits in the Greater Delaware Valley, Lehigh Valley and Lancaster area with their gift planning needs.

Univest Foundation is committed to bringing charities and donors together through the promotion of philanthropy. Through gift planning, the Foundation assists clients with their charitable planning requests by accepting gifts of cash, securities, real estate, closely held business stocks and IRAs. Offering a variety of charitable planning options provides clients with the opportunity to reach their highest giving potential. Univest Foundation assists nonprofits in developing planned giving strategies to endow their missions for years to come.

Jennifer Ashley, Planned Giving Officer for Univest Foundation
Jennifer has more than twenty-five years of experience in the nonprofit industry. She is responsible for assisting individuals achieve philanthropic goals and guiding nonprofits in sustaining their missions through gift planning initiatives. She earned a B.A. from Ursinus College in Collegeville, PA and a J.D. from Widener University School of Law, and the CAP® from the American College of Financial Services. Jennifer is active volunteer with Living Streams Ranch, The Seeing Eye, PA Shakespeare Festival and her church.

Sue Swope, administrative assistant for Univest Foundation, has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. She is responsible for correspondence and audit reporting for Univest Foundation. Sue is active in the community and volunteers her time to the bell choir and financial budget committee of Ridge Valley United Church of Christ.
